Grumman AA-5B Tiger – Complete Engine Baffle Set

These are Made to order items. Lead times apply, Currently two to three weeks Feb 2024

These baffles are FAA/PMA approved, have the fiberglass reinforced silicone seals attached, and arrive ready to install

  • Mounting hardware is not included (no nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs, or Tinnerman clips)
  • Features 6061-T6 aluminum with black high-temperature fiberglass reinforced silicone seals pre-installed
    • Orange or blue seals are available as special orders for an extra charge.
    • Lead time may apply.
  • Bare aluminum or gray powder coat finish (part number indicates finish type)
  • Individually interchangeable with factory baffles
  • Made by Airforms

Many Improvements:

  • Stainless steel brackets where needed
  • Hard rivet construction
  • 1/2” back plates to secure seals
  • Improved fit and better cooling than your existing Tiger baffles

Notes:

  • If aftermarket components (starter, alternator, exhaust, engine mod, etc.) have been installed, the installer may need to adjust baffles to fit.

Grumman Parts Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Vendors on Grumman Parts Individual Refund Policies supersede this policy!

Parts may be returned for a refund if we or a vendor ships the wrong part or it is not as represented within 15 days.

If you ordered the wrong part or decided not to install it, a coupon, less a 10% restocking fee of the retail price of the product may be issued within 30 days, provided the product is returned in the unused, same condition. Trio auto-pilots and uAvionics products require recertification.  Restocking on Trio and uAvionix products is 15%. All return shipping and freight are the responsibility of the purchaser.
