AA-1 and AA-5 Series Windshields and Canopies
The sealant and instruction sheet for bonding the windshield to the windshield bow and the canopy to its frame are included.

Two different bonding systems are used for these applications. The original system consisted of Dow Corning RTV 732 as the bonding agent, Dow Corning 1200 Prime Coat for the aluminum, and 1205 Prime Coat for the acrylic, with a 72-hour cure time.

Tiger Aircraft used a bonding system that consisted of a two-part polysulfide AC-251 B2 with an AC-137 promoter, a two-hour work time, a 12-hour cure, and a full cure in seven days. This is the system we sell.
