Errors
In the event that any product or shipping calculation is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price, or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. Grumman Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of our charge. If you order and request cancelation of the order prior to shipping and your credit card was charged, we may retain our incurred cost for processing the transaction equal to 2.9% plus 30cents.
Return Policy
Please inspect all items on arrival for damage in transit and contact us before opening if the packing box is damaged. Contact us before making any returns to receive a return authorization and the address to return the item within 14 calendar days. Returned items must be received in an unused, uninstalled condition with the original packaging. Unless otherwise specified, return postage and insurance are at the purchaser’s expense. Upon satisfactory receipt and acceptance by our affiliated partners or us, we will issue a refund subject to our refund policy or, if requested, ship an exact replacement.
Warranty
NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED is made on any item sold by Grumman Pats. All descriptions given by Grumman Parts as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Grumman Parts cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor, or other injury arising out of the use of any products we sell on behalf of others. Product manufacturers’ warranties may exist and be available. Grumman Parts shall not assume any responsibility to provide such information on any product we sell on their behalf. Any claims shall be made in conjunction with their policies. Grumman Parts shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products.
